Win Free Gas for a Year – Spinx Promotion Official Rules

1. HOW TO ENTER/ WINNER SELECTION: Participants and winners must be at least 18-years old and a legal resident of the Unites States as determined by Spinx 1.) Consumers will be encouraged via social media, email, our Spinx App and in-store signage to participate in the ‘Win Free Gas for a Year’ promotion. Each participating fuel purchase from a registered user is equal to 1 entry. A participating purchase is identified as a registered Spinx Xtras user, who is enrolled in Xtras Pay, and purchases fuel at Spinx Site 278 between 8/6/2026 and 9/30/26 using Xtras Pay, via the app only for entry. Fuel transactions without using Xtras Pay, using Xtras Pay via a physical card or at another store will not be considered. 2.) To enter by mail, customers may hand print their full name, complete street address, phone number and date of birth on a piece of 3” x 5” paper. Completed entry forms may be mailed to Attn: Win Free Gas for a Year – Entry, The Spinx Company, 1414 E. Washington St., Greenville, SC, 29607. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. One entry per household. No responsibility is assumed by Spinx for lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries. All mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than 9/21/26. All other entries must be made between 8/6/2026 and 9/30/26.

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible qualifying entries (described above). Grand Prize drawings will be conducted by a third-party company. The winner will be contacted within 7 days of the month’s promotion concluding and will be notified via phone or email. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

2. GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be awarded ‘Free Gas for a Year’ from Spinx, in the payment of Spinx gift cards totaling the average amount it costs to fuel a midsize vehicle for a year (365 days) based on proprietary data. Spinx makes no warranties with regard to the prize. Prize is not transferable. No substitutions of prize allowed by winner, but Spinx reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are not redeemable by winner for cash value. All taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of winner. Also, Spinx is not liable for any damage to a vehicle/person(s) that may occur from the winner or individuals associated with the winner due to misuse or neglectful behavior.

3. ELIGIBILITY: Participants and winner must be at least 18-years old and a legal resident of the Unites States as determined by Spinx. Employees of Spinx, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, suppliers and advertising, promotional or judging agencies and immediate family members of such employees (parent, child, sibling, spouse) and persons living in the same household of such employees (whether related or not) are not eligible to win. Winner must be 18 years old on or before 8/5/26 to be eligible.

4. GENERAL: No substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value, except as determined by Spinx in its sole discretion. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. No groups, clubs or organizations may enter or win prizes. All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Spinx which shall be final and binding. All entrants, as a condition of participation, and all winners allow Spinx to contact them via email about future Spinx events and/or promotions.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION: A potential winner will be notified by phone and/or email at the email address/phone number provided in the Spinx Xtras Rewards system. Winners have 72 hours to contact Spinx by phone or email to claim their prize. If Spinx does not have proof of contact before the end of the 72-hour window, the prize will be forfeited and another drawing for a winner will occur until the prize is officially claimed.

6. RELEASE OF LIABILITY. All entrants, as a condition of participation, and all winners, by acceptance of a prize, agree to release Spinx and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional or judging agencies from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to and from any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in the printing of these Official Rules or the offering or announcement of any prize. Spinx does not make any representations nor warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, performance or safety of any prize awarded. Upon request, winners must consent to the use of their name, voice, picture or other likeness without compensation for promotional purposes as deter- mined Spinx, except where prohibited by law.
